We wanted to be able to go from all to leave but our time was really little, but you're so many!
Today's recipe does not suit certain that the Party we spend but we hope you can come in handy when they are passed and you'll want something that solves a meal without too much trouble ... I know you understand that we love the unique dishes! :)
The inspiration for this delicious rice we got from that we love Chinese food ...
so ... We have prepared the doses are suitable for 4 people around
basmati rice to taste 2 carrots 2 zucchini
a jar of bean sprouts
2 eggs 1 / 2 shallot
extra virgin olive oil
salt and white pepper Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Scrambled in a pan greased with oil until they are well cooked. Remove and keep aside. In the same pan, aggiungendo un filo d'olio, unire lo scalogno, le zucchine e le carote lavate e grattugiate con una grattugia a fori grandi e i germogli di soia. Salare e pepare il tutto e cuocere fino alla tenerezza desiderata delle verdure. Lessare il riso basmati in abbondante acqua salata, scolarlo al dente e mantegarlo alle verdure a cui avrete aggiunto nuovamente le uova saltandolo in padella. Buon appetito!!!
