Sulla scia del Natale sempre più vicino...vi proponiamo dei buonissimi e morbidi biscotti natalizi di frolla al cocco...certo non sono bellissimi come quelli visti in molti blog, talmente perfetti e deliziosi da sembrare appena usciti dalle vetrine di una pasticceria...ma, complici le formine bought from Ikea (then why do not you say would you live camped there:)), at least they are cute ... and definitely make the kids happy ... but the part that is in the older child! :) Since my skills a lot, but still leaves much to be desired ... I did not dare to venture in with the frosting decorations in order to avoid public shame ... and I folded up some simple but always welcome chocolate chips. ..!!! :)
coconut shortbread recipe I found on the Modern Kitchen a few years ago ... I halved the doses of all the ingredients for our convenience, but you carry the originals!

you need ...

480 g white flour 120 g grated coconut and dried
240 g di zucchero
270 g di burro
1 uovo e 2 tuorli
altro cocco grattugiato (facoltativo)

Spread on a floured pastry obtained in the nearly half a cm thick and cut with shapes you have available the cookies. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with a little milk, sprinkle with grated coconut and decorate with the chocolate chips. Bake at 180 ° cmq x 12 minutes or according to your oven (I have them fired at 160 °), let it cool ... and enjoy!

thank the sweet Iaia of the blog "Iaia in the kitchen with simplicity that has won this award. Thank you very much! Since we had already received and given to other blogs, this time symbolically turn to all you who pass us! :) Why did each of you is worthy of a prize ... Kisses!
