Queste rose in pasta di ceramica sono state realizzate da Chiara, che ha fatto una dimostrazione  molto interessante che ho seguito presso lo stand di ROSA TEA  in fiera a Bergamo a Creattiva

è stato molto bello vedere come da un pezzettino di pasta ne è uscito un fiore stupendo ...  una rosa ... con una manipolazione che a vedere sembra facile ... ma in realtà prima di arrivare a questo risultato credo si debba provare e riprovare... per ora ho fatto solo il panetto

I Ingredients

for phase 1

glue 250 g 150 g corn starch
1 tablespoon of liquid vaseline
1 teaspoon lavender essence
for the 2nd phase

2-3 tablespoons of ceramic powder (about 40 g)
1 teaspoon white acrylic paint

2 tablespoons water


PREPARATION OF

1° FASE

• Mettere in un tegame antiaderente l’amido di mais, la colla vinilica, 1 cucchiaio di olio di vaselina e un cucchiaino di lavandqa; farlo cuocere a fiamma bassissima e da subito iniziare a mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno.
• Il composto inizierà a sciogliersi ed a diventare più trasparente ed appiccicoso. A questo punto è importante continuare a mescolare con continuità in modo che la pasta non aderisca alle pareti calde del pentolino.  
• Quando si forma un panetto che si stacca dalle pareti, remove from heat and continue to knead on a sheet of parchment paper with hands greased with glycerine hand cream. • Wrap the dough in a layer of cellophane and let it cool.

PHASE 2

• Amalgamare l’impasto raffreddato alla miscela di polvere di ceramica.

In alcuni forum ho letto di aggiungere 1 cucchiaio abbondante di porcelanizador che rende il tutto molto elastico, purtroppo non conosco ancora questo materiale

Per colorare gli oggetti si usano acquerelli o i gessetti; durante la dimostrazione sono stati usati i gessetti da belle arti, si sfregano su carta vetrata e con un pennello asciutto si passano sui bordi della rosa.
