Help Write 15 Year Anniversary Letter

Ancora una focaccia...ma questa volta ripiena!

Ciao!

Dissolve the yeast cube in a glass of warm water, add a teaspoon of sugar and let stand until the froth is formed. Pour onto pastry board or in a large bowl combine the flour, train the fountain, add the salt, dissolved yeast, oil and dough adding more water if need Startup. Stir in the rosemary needles and work up to when you get a smooth and homogeneous. Cover and let rest until it doubles in volume. Once risen, divide it into two parts and roll to get two sheets. Lay the first sheet on a baking sheet greased with oil, stuff with slices of ham and mozzarella tocchetti aggiungendo a piacere un filo d'olio.

Buongiorno!

2 cucchiai of extra virgin olive oil + more for the dough to flavor
2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon sugar

water as needed

us to practice and issues of time, especially for yeast, we used the program dough bread machine but of course you can prepare it by hand. Dissolve the yeast in half a glass of warm water and add a teaspoon of sugar leaving the rest a bit until it forms a bit of foam. Place the flour, add salt, oil and the now dissolved yeast and mix all, add a little water as necessary. Finally, combine the sliced \u200b\u200bblack olives and continue to work the mixture until it is smooth. Cover, keep warm and let rise until it doubles in volume, at least one hour. Knead briefly again and spread it with his hands in a pan greased with oil. To form dimples on the surface with your fingertips and drizzle with oil. Bake at 180 ° / 200 ° for about 30 minutes.
Bon appetit! Stephen and Veronica
