How To Built Spiral Handrail

Spiedini di seppioline, gamberi e polenta con insalatina per un piatto unico...ma light!

Good Sunday to all! Leafing through a
of cookbooks we have at home I found the recipe for these kebabs that seemed perfect for the blog contest Eleanor butter and honey ... a single course and light at the same time that delight the palate without too much guilt ... that at least we inexorably move forward! : (We decided to try with dell'insalatina to make them even more "unique" and complete the whole meal! Greetings, see you soon!

... We need fresh shrimp and cuttlefish (based on diners)
flour polenta mixed salad

extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic and parsley

2 teaspoons lemon juice
sticks for skewers

Shell the shrimp, remove the filament black rinse (obviously all actions taken by Stefano:) ) and put them to marinate for at least half an hour along with cuttlefish in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil, a clove of chopped garlic, parsley and two tablespoons lemon juice. Cook the polenta in salt water and roll it out once it is ready with the help of a spatula in an aluminum pan or other container with an oiled knife tracing the lines of the cubes that you will need to form the kebabs. Allow to cool and then grilling it on the plate. Dial the skewers alternately putting sticks in the wet polenta and marinated fish. Lightly salt them and pass them on the plate, taking care to turn them and brush them occasionally with the marinade liquid. Serve accompanied with dell'insalatina dressed the way you want.

With this recipe also participate in the contest of Ka ' of the blog "The Pie Pendant"
